How to Use the Grid

• You can sort the data in the grid by clicking on a column header at the top of the grid.  Clicking on a sorted column header will toggle the sorting between ascending and descending.  You can only sort on one column at a time (i.e. you cannot sort by multiple columns).
• When a large number of results are returned, they are displayed in multiple pages.  You can navigate to specific pages by clicking the page number links located above and below the grid.
• You can export all the data into Microsoft Excel or XML by clicking one of the export buttons at the bottom of the grid.

How to Interpret the Data

• Searching by first name will also match spouses, parents and billed persons.
• Searching by last name will also match maiden, spouses, parents and billed persons.
• Searching by town will match birth, death, burial places as well as the billed person.
